These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sudoku Knacker website at sudokuknacker.com (the "Site"), operated by Sudoku Knacker ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides free, browser-based Sudoku tools, including a puzzle solver with photo recognition, a puzzle player, printable puzzle generation, and educational content. All tools run locally in your web browser; no account is required.

Puzzles that you generate on the Site (in play mode or the printable generator) are created on your device, and you may use, print, publish, and distribute them freely, including in newspapers, classrooms, apps, and other products. No attribution is required, though it is always appreciated.

The Site itself — including its design, text, graphics, code, and branding — is the property of Sudoku Knacker and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy or reuse the Site's code or content beyond the puzzles described in Section 3 and normal web browsing.

5. Third-Party Advertising and Links

The Site displays third-party advertising and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with advertisers and linked sites are solely between you and those third parties.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that solver results and puzzle generation will always meet your expectations. All puzzle-solving and puzzle-generation results are provided for entertainment and convenience only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudoku Knacker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
